Group Coaching

We work with you and your leaders to customize a learning experience that leverages diversity as a way to accelerate development. We create a series of coaching conversations for groups of leaders to learn from each other about important leadership topics.

It all starts by identifying a small group of leaders who have common development needs.  Then, we listen to what challenges them, what motivates them, and what will enhance their performance.  With that insight, we create design group coaching sessions that allow leaders to explore important leadership topics.
